Zusammenfassung

MRG supports a leading Saudi real estate development and investment organisation in appointing a Finance Manager based in Riyadh. The role leads the Finance & Accounting function and partners with executive leadership on investment, development and commercial decisions.

The Finance Manager will drive FP&A, accounting, tax and treasury, ensuring IFRS and Saudi regulatory compliance while transforming the finance function with automation and advanced analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Candidates must have strong accounting/finance background with leadership experience.
• Experience in real estate, development, or property management preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, Saudi GAAP, VAT, Zakat and WHT.

Aufgaben

• Oversee FP&A, accounting operations, tax and treasury across the organisation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance incl. VAT, Zakat and WHT.
• Lead audits and relationships with external auditors and banks.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting and credit facilities.
• Provide financial analysis for property acquisitions and development feasibility.
• Deliver executive reporting and strategic analysis to the leadership and Board.
• Partner with departments to strengthen budgeting and cost control.
• Drive transformation via automation, Power BI, Yardi and AI tools.
• Coach and develop the Finance & Accounting team and ensure audit readiness.
• Maintain robust financial governance and internal controls.
