Job summary

Urbas Middle East in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow management for real estate development and construction projects.

The role requires strong IFRS, VAT, Zakat knowledge, ERP systems and advanced Excel skills, with 8–10 years of Finance experience and excellent English communication to drive financial performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience within Real Estate Development or Construction sector.
• Proficient in IFRS, VAT, Zakat and Saudi financial regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and project cost control.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, Zakat, and Saudi financial regulations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports to support business decisions.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with management to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
