Job summary

Datamatics Technologies LLC in Riyadh seeks a Senior Technical & Business Consultant to drive FHIR-based interoperability and NPHIES alignment for a Health Information Exchange project. Onsite in Saudi Arabia, 4-month fixed-term with potential extension through 2027.

You will advise on architecture, data models, revenue cycle workflows, and payer-provider interfaces, coordinating with business and delivery teams, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BSc. in Software Engineering, MIS, or Computer Science.
• 8–10 years total/healthcare experience with SQL, HL7, and healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Health Tech industry.
• Proven Healthcare IT experience (HIE, HIS, payer-provider platforms).
• Strong understanding of FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability frameworks.
• Background in software development and system integration (.NET, Java) with SQL.
• Knowledge in Revenue Cycle & Payors; familiarity with NPHIES.
• Solid experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, project management, and delivery oversight.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on FHIR standards, HL7, and interoperability for NPHIES compliance.
• Engage with client stakeholders to assess goals, gaps, and requirements.
• Design/Review architectures for FHIR-based data exchange and integration strategies.
• Identify opportunities to optimize healthcare operations, including revenue cycle workflows.
• Recommend tools, platforms, and cloud-based solutions for scalable data management.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, QA, and delivery teams for successful rollouts.
• Serve as SME for NPHIES initiatives and support knowledge transfer.
