The role requires a deep understanding of FCC chemistry, catalysts, regenerator operations, and process simulation tools, with a track record of successful improvements in refinery environments.

Qualifications

• You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years in refinery operations with 10+ years in FCC operations and optimization.
• Proven track record of FCC performance improvements and reliability gains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze FCC KPIs for yield, operability, profitability, reliability, and safety.
• Lead benchmarking reports and present actionable improvement recommendations.
• Provide hands-on technical support for performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal FCC performance.
• Develop and implement FCC engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and operators in FCC optimization techniques.
