Enova by Veolia is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated FM services for buildings and infrastructure in Riyadh. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and cost efficiency with a focus on vendor performance and service quality.

You will oversee daily FM activities, assist in budgeting and reporting, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in facilities management or building operations.
• Experience supervising or assisting managerial roles.
• Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and delivery of integrated FM services for buildings and infrastructure.
• Coordinate daily maintenance across MEP, civil, and soft services.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Assist budgeting, cost control, and FM reporting.
