Job summary

Enova by Veolia seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead facilities and operations across contractual sites in KSA, developing and implementing the operations strategy, managing budgets, and driving performance through a capable team.

You will ensure HSEEQ compliance, oversee maintenance programs, supervise subcontractors, and maintain strong client/supplier relationships while delivering high-quality service across assets and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; master preferred.
• 10-12+ years in operations management including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in maintenance and facilities management, planning, HSEEQ, supplier and client relations, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs to develop and implement the site operations strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Assist the Contracts Manager to deliver operations strategy for contractual sites and ensure commitments are met.
• Lead the Facilities and Operations team, setting objectives, managing performance, and developing staff.
• Define an optimum organization structure for efficient resource utilization and communication.
• Plan and allocate resources, and implement standards and controls to meet objectives.
• Attend coordination meetings with client, tenants and contractors to align with policy and project requirements.
• Monitor resource utilization to ensure adequate talent for targets and improved customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and oversee maintenance contracts, review preventive/corrective programs, and supervise implementation.
• Ensure annual leave planning to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental management policies across the department.
