Job summary

Khidmah is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations, MEP maintenance, and auxiliary fit-out projects across large commercial assets in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead site teams, manage budgets and subcontractors, ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, and uphold HSE, information security, and business continuity policies.

The role requires 8–12 years in commercial FM and hands-on experience with CAFM, WHS, and permit-to-work systems.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in commercial FM.
• Proficient with CAFM software and safety systems (WH&S, HSE, permit-to-work).
• Strong budgeting, project management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily facility operations, MEP maintenance, inspections, and work orders.
• Manages subcontractors, procurement, and site budgets.
• Ensures service delivery aligns with KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements.
• Leads site staff and manages project mobilization and demobilization.
• Enforces HSE policies, information security, and Business Continuity Planning.
