Job summary

EY in Saudi Arabia's FAAS practice invites a Senior Consultant to join a team delivering IFRS and financial reporting solutions for a diverse client base in the region.

You will lead engagements, supervise staff and collaborate with assurance managers to drive value for government entities and private clients, while continuously developing technical and leadership capabilities within EY's culture.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record including a degree.
• Professional accountancy qualification or working towards.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Understanding of risk-based auditing and QRM procedures.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Track record with a leading audit firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical contributions to clients in financial and non-financial sectors.
• Establish, maintain and strengthen client relationships; supervise junior team members.
• Execute complex assurance procedures and present findings to the client.
• Ensure work is properly executed, documented and compliant with QRM guidelines.
• Identify risks and elevate issues as appropriate.
