Job summary

EY in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Consultant in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) within Assurance. You will support clients in addressing accounting and reporting challenges, helping to strengthen finance functions and enable better decision-making.

You will lead technical work for financial and non-financial sectors, manage client relationships, supervise juniors, and present findings. Strong IFRS knowledge and regulatory awareness are essential, with consideration for Arabic

Qualifications

Strong academic record including a degree.
Professional accountancy qualification or working towards gaining one.
3–5 years of relevant work experience.
Familiarity with IFRS and local GAAP standards.
Understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies.
Understanding of Q&RM procedures.
Compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements.
Track record with a leading audit firm.

Responsibilities

Lead in both financial and non-financial service sectors.
Establish, maintain and strengthen client relationships; execute complex assurance procedures.
Supervise junior team members and help define strategy.
Present findings to clients and ensure work is properly planned, executed and documented per QRM guidelines.
Coach and develop junior team members and foster a positive learning culture.
