Job summary

Leo Burnett MEA in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Executive, Communications & Project Management to support the account management team across creative, strategy, production, content and media. You will ensure project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track and lead planning campaigns from start to finish.

The role requires proven PM experience, strong budgeting skills, and fluency in English and Arabic, with a collaborative, solution‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in advertising, digital, or communication.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Evidence of being solution‑driven and innovative in driving performance and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across creative, strategy, production, content and media.
• Ensure all project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track.
• Lead planning campaigns, resourcing, monitoring and quality control from start to finish.
• Submit project deliverables and prepare status reports.
• Establish effective project plans and ensure their execution.
