Job summary

Leo Burnett Worldwide in Riyadh is seeking an Associate Creative Director (Art) to lead visual design and art direction across high-impact campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall creative direction and client objectives. You will partner closely with copy and design, guiding the team toward cohesive, striking work.

As a senior art leader, you will mentor art directors, oversee production quality, and drive a culture of creative excellence within the agency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years agency experience with an art background.
• Proven track record in conceptual creative work.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and reviews creative briefs that provide strategic insight(s) and creative inspiration.
• Communicates to clients that an understanding of their marketing challenges and proposes creative solutions.
• Trains new employees on responsibilities and agency procedures, and helps current staff achieve goals.
• Leads creative work on new business assignments and manages workload for a team.
• Mentors and trains team members, writes performance reviews, and allocates work.
• Sets goals and KPIs for team members and helps them achieve results.
