Job summary

Leo Burnett Worldwide in Riyadh region seeks an Associate Creative Director (Art) to lead visual design and art direction for campaigns. You will mentor art directors and designers, oversee production, and ensure the highest quality deliverables that align with the creative strategy.

You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and account teams to craft iconic, client-ready work while maintaining a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of agency experience with primarily an art background.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated track record of high-quality visual campaigns.
• Ability to translate client briefs into compelling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative work as Associate Creative Director, Art, and mentor art directors and designers.
• Develop and review art direction concepts that align with campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with account management to ensure client satisfaction and on-brand output.
• Set and maintain high visual standards across campaigns and productions.
• Oversee production of visual elements and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Inspire teams, allocate work, and drive timely delivery of ideas.
• Present concepts to executives and clients, ensuring clarity and impact.
