Job summary

Serviceplan Group Middle East seeks an Event Communication Director to lead client relationships, oversee vendor partnerships, and drive flawless event execution from concept to delivery.

The role combines strategic advisory for senior clients with hands-on management of production, timelines, and budgets across cross-functional teams to ensure brand-aligned experiences and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of event management, account management, or event production experience.
• Experience leading high-profile corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, conferences, or product launches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, project management tools, and event management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, and project reviews.
• Translate client objectives into actionable event plans and production requirements.
• Manage expectations and proactively communicate project progress, risks, and solutions.
• Lead and coordinate all external vendors, suppliers, contractors, and production partners.
• Negotiate scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with vendors.
• Oversee the complete event planning and production process, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, workback schedules, and execution frameworks.
• Ensure information shared with clients and vendors is current and accurate.
