ESMOS Recruitment is seeking an accomplished Account Director for a leading events company in Riyadh, KSA. You will oversee key client accounts, drive growth, and ensure delivery of large-scale events, exhibitions, and experiential projects.

The role requires senior client-facing experience, strong commercial awareness, and proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior client-facing experience in an agency or events environment.
• Proven ability to manage major accounts and complex projects.
• Strong commercial understanding including budgets and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key client relationships as a senior point of contact.
• Lead accounts from brief through planning, delivery, and post-event review.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional revenue.
• Oversee budgets, profitability, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with creative, production, operations, and technical teams to ensure delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations.
• Lead pitches, proposals, tenders, and new business opportunities.
• Manage scope, client expectations, and risks, providing team leadership.
