Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Environmental Manager (EOI) with 10 years of experience to lead environmental management for mixed-use development projects in Saudi Arabia. You will drive integration of environmental policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide multidisciplinary teams across project lifecycles.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science/Engineering (Master’s preferred), strong knowledge of environmental laws, and experience with EIAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management, with focus on large-scale or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international environmental laws, regulations, and sustainability frameworks.
• Experience in conducting EIAs and environmental risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental aspects for mixed-use development projects, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct EIAs, risk evaluations, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee environmental monitoring, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to integrate sustainable solutions.
• Prepare detailed environmental reports and regulatory submissions.
• Provide expert guidance on environmental policies and sustainability initiatives.
• Facilitate training to enhance environmental awareness among personnel.
