Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an Environment and Sustainability Project Manager to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. You will lead environmental and sustainability initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate sustainability goals.

The role requires 8–10 years of project management experience in environmental sectors, strong stakeholder engagement, and PMP/LEED credentials as a plus. Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8-10 years of project management experience in environmental or sustainability sectors.
• Experience with environmental compliance, sustainability reporting, and PM methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proven leadership to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Certifications like PMP and/or LEED are a plus.
• Ability to work in cross-cultural environments in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency with PM tools and sustainability metrics/reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental and sustainability projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans with objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead author for EIA reports and environmental management plans.
• Perform risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Manage inputs from subject matter experts and sub-consultants for EIA projects.
• Prepare proposals and variation orders for EIA and environmental surveys.
• Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations on sustainability best practices.
• Stay updated on environmental policies and trends.
