Job summary

Responsibilities include translating manuals, contracts, policies, websites and reports; providing consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during meetings and events; maintaining glossaries; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in translation or related field; advanced English/Arabic proficiency.
• Professional certification preferred (ATA, ITI, CIOL, NAATI).
• Minimum 5 years of translation/interpretation experience.
• Experience with legal, HR, technical, or business documents.
• Familiarity with CAT tools and terminology management.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents from English to Arabic and vice versa, preserving meaning and tone.
• Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during meetings and events.
• Review, edit, and proofread translated materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain glossaries and terminology databases; ensure confidentiality.
• Support localization of policies, HR documents, and official communications.
• Collaborate with business units to understand terminology needs.
