Job summary

AECOM, a global infrastructure leader, seeks a senior leader to drive systems engineering efforts across major infrastructure projects. You will lead a multi-disciplinary group, interpret and coordinate complex technical assignments, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

This role requires extensive experience in requirements management and project delivery, with a focus on leadership, strategy, and execution across engineering domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Professional certifications are highly desirable, such as: INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Requirements Engineering certifications (IREB or equivalent), PMP (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.
• Plan and develop engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems.
• Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization.
• Act independently on technical matters pertaining to the field; extensive progressive experience.
• Manages group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating activities of the unit.
