Almarai - المراعي in KAEC Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Team Manager - Engineering (Process Mechanical) to lead a self-directed multi-functional team in seafood production and packaging, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous efficiency improvements.

Applicants should have a Mechanical Engineering degree, 4–6 years in the industry, and experience with food processing/packaging equipment, with fluency in Arabic and English. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience in seafood processing / packaging equipment is required.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage break downs and maintenance during shift to meet internal customer requirements while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate execution of planned preventive maintenance to ensure equipment performs as required.
• Identify training needs of maintenance technicians and ensure skill inventory is in place.
• Review equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.
