Job description

Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in the sales organization by enabling, supporting, and motivating Client Sales Executives (CSE) to locate and close portfolio opportunities that contribute to TMC sales.
  • Provide sales support or direct action throughout the sales cycle, assisting pursuit teams in identifying, qualifying, and quantifying new TMC acts and supporting strategy, tactics, and scope of pursuits.
  • Use product and industry knowledge to deliver TMC sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with Portfolio, TMC, practice leaders and industry marketing as needed.
  • Apply industry, technical, and Schneider‑Electric expertise to interpret client requirements and recommend integrated TMC solutions, products, and services.
  • Provide consultation, product capability assessment, and validation with prospective users.
  • Work closely with offer managers to define Go‑to‑Market regional strategies.
  • Participate in TMC quote preparation, specifications, and technical definitions, coordinating job pricing with responsible individuals.
  • Perform process studies to discover improvement opportunities and economic value, collaborating with clients.
  • Assist with TMC business planning, interfacing with regional leaders, TMC practice leaders, and the TMC CoC team.
Job Essential Functions
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned TMC products, solutions, industries, and accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and participate in internal and external forums and societies.
  • Understand client business drivers and how Schneider‑Electric TMC solutions provide value in the industry.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of client stakeholders, conveying the value of Schneider‑Electric TMC solutions.
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of turbomachinery lingo, scope, and related machinery and safety markets.
  • Be familiar with turbines, compressors, and generator applications.
  • Stay current on engineering solutions for use in promotional materials, client presentations, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with TMC business leaders and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent training.
  • Minimum of 10–15years of industry experience, preferably in sales or engineering.
  • Minimum of 7–10years of turbomachinery experience within the petrochemical or power industries.
  • Basic knowledge of Schneider‑Electric TMC & FS product lines and solutions (Triconex, Foxboro, Modicon, AVEVA).
  • Ability to lead change and establish metrics/key indicators.
  • Proven verbal communication skills with customers in person and virtually.
  • Travel willingness of 25–50%.
