Job summary

Weatherford International Oil Field Services is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Testing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, profitable, and high-quality service delivery while developing people, customers, technology, and operational performance.

The role requires aligning field activities with strategic service goals, managing budgets, driving improvement, and leading multi-disciplinary teams across testing, production testing, and related services in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10 to 15 years of Oil & Gas operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Testing, Well Testing, Production Testing, Flowback or related services.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership/management with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities
