Job description

The Senior Low Current Engineer will oversee all ELV works for the Avenues Towers in Riyadh, including technical reviews, coordination, and site supervision.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate closely with the main contractor, ELV subcontractors, ICT vendors, and BMS suppliers.
• Attend technical and coordination meetings.
• Ensure proper integration of LC/ICT/BMS systems with all disciplines.
• Site Supervision to ensure installations comply with approved drawings and standards.
• Reviewing Technical Documents, Drawings, Method of Statements, ITPs, and Testing & Commissioning documents related to the following system.
• Monitor procurement, engineering progress, and reporting for all ELV packages.
• CCTV, ACS, and Security Equipment
• IT/Structured Cabling and Data Networks (Active and passive components)
• IPTV & Intercom Systems,GRMS, BMS & Control Systems.

Required Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in electrical projects with construction supervision and execution.
• Experience of having worked with reputable consulting engineering firms, ideally in the Middle East.
• Worked on 5-star Hospitality Projects with Experience with hotel systems integration (PMS, GRMS, IPTV).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
• Valid Certification from SCE.
• Additional training courses, professional and personal development with membership to professional groups, societies or institutes, desired.
