Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Downstream Transformation Analyst to join the DS Transformation & Business Excellence Department. The role focuses on enabling enterprise-wide transformation with strong governance, rigorous financial validation, and actionable data-driven insights to support leadership decisions.

Responsibilities include performance tracking, governance support, data consolidation, and development of dashboards to visualize program outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, industrial engineering, systems engineering or related engineering discipline from a recognized program.
An advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance, Business Analytics, Strategy or Data Analytics) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and report progress of initiatives against targets.
Support governance reviews, steering committees, and executive reporting.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives and recommend mitigation actions.
Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize program performance.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Validate business case assumptions and financial impact.
Partner with Finance and initiative owners to align tracking with financial reporting.
Support adherence to transformation governance frameworks, policies, and approval processes.
Ensure initiative owners provide timely and accurate reporting.
