Job summary

Saudi Aramco seeks a Senior Planning & Performance Management Advisor for the Downstream Finance division. The role focuses on end-to-end planning, performance management, and analytical reporting for the Sales & Supply Planning & Performance Management Division.

The candidate will collaborate with multiple finance teams to consolidate business plans, manage reports, and support executive decision-making with rigorous financial analysis and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (Accountancy or Finance) or related discipline; professional certification (CPA/CMA/CFA) preferred.
• Nine years of relevant experience in planning & performance management in oil & gas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; rigorous approach.
• Excellent command of English, with proven report and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner, driving end-to-end process improvement and cost optimization across organizations.
• Serve as trusted advisor on financial matters to enable informed decision-making.
• Lead high-impact research and studies addressing evolving business challenges and executive priorities.
• Plan and execute planning/PM analytics under supervision of senior P&PM staff.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and consolidation for business plans and management reports.
• Mentor P&PM staff and oversee execution of regular and ad-hoc tasks.
