Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Document Control Manager to lead the documentation function across the Residential Business Unit. You will drive consistency, compliance, and efficient handling of project information using Oracle Aconex across multiple residential projects.

You will set up and maintain control systems, registers, and workflows; train teams and stakeholders; and deliver regular reports and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in document control, information management, or project records management.
• Advanced and practical experience using Oracle Aconex is essential.
• Experience establishing and managing Aconex environments, workflows, registers, and reporting.
• Ability to lead document control teams and implement procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the document control function across the Residential Business Unit and provide direction to project-based teams.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve document control procedures, workflows, and standards.
• Manage the setup and administration of Oracle Aconex across residential projects.
• Ensure consistent use of Aconex for registrations, transmittals, workflows, and reporting.
• Establish numbering, naming conventions, revision control, and distribution protocols.
• Maintain registers for drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and other records.
• Monitor status, approvals, and overdue actions; drive timely handovers and closeouts.
