Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Director - Precinct Development to lead end-to-end development of a major urban core precinct, encompassing public realm, retail, office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets.

The role acts as precinct owner for the client, guiding strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder engagement, and investment readiness to deliver long-term value and vibrant placemaking within the precinct.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of development experience.
• Minimum 10 years leading major mixed-use, multi-asset developments.
• Proven client-side experience managing large-scale multi-asset developments.
• Strong background in development strategy, feasibility, investment planning, and precinct delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant and project teams.
• Significant exposure to large-scale developments in the GCC preferred.
• Experience with giga-projects, sovereign development entities, or master developers highly desirable.

Job description

The Senior Director - Precinct Development will be accountable for the end-to-end development leadership of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct comprising public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets.

Acting as the precinct owner on behalf of the client, the role will lead development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational placemaking, and long-term value creation objectives.

The role requires an experienced development executive capable of balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences, creating vibrant, activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.
