Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Development to lead end-to-end development leadership for a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct in Riyadh. You will steer strategy, business planning, design governance, and investment readiness to deliver vibrant destinations and lasting value.

Candidates should have 10+ years in development, strong leadership, GCC experience, and a track record delivering large-scale multi-asset projects. This role is on-site in Saudi Arabia.

The Senior Manager - Development will help lead the end-to-end development leadership of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct comprising public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets.

The role will help lead development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation objectives.

The role requires an experienced development professional capable of balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences, creating vibrant, activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

Education

• MBA, MSc Real Estate Development, Urban Development, or equivalent highly desirable.
