Job summary

At least twelve years in commercial or contract management in operations (O&M, facilities, utilities or city operations).
Experience in post-contract management covering variations, claims, renewals and performance.
MRICS or FRICS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead post-contract commercial management across city operations, including variations, claims and performance.
Set the strategy for contract renewal and cost reduction on principal service contracts.
Oversee the service charge framework and the cost recovery process across operating assets.
Report commercial risk, commitments and forecast effects to the commercial, reporting and finance functions.
