Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a skilled financial analyst to support the financial and commercial evaluation of development projects in Saudi Arabia. You will build robust financial models, assess feasibility, and support funding strategies and governance reporting to enable informed investment decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Development, Commercial, Accounting, Treasury and Procurement to ensure alignment with project delivery and corporate objectives, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, engineering economics, or related field.
• Strong command of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and valuation.
• Experience in development finance, project finance, or investment analysis desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support feasibility studies and investment evaluations.
• Analyze project financial performance, budgets, cash flows and capital expenditure plans.
• Support due diligence, scenario analysis and sensitivity testing for development initiatives.
• Prepare investment memoranda, financial reports and executive presentations.
• Monitor costs and funding requirements to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate information for financing activities and governance reviews.
