JASARA PMC in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Design Manager to oversee and integrate architectural design processes across asset types, aligning with the client's innovative vision and delivering exceptional projects.

The ideal candidate will lead a creative team, collaborate with the Project Director and stakeholders, ensure safety within design, and produce comprehensive design documentation from concept to final execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural typologies and design principles.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary projects is preferred.

The Senior Design Manager at JASARA PMC will oversee and integrate the architectural design processes to ensure that different asset types are in with the innovative vision of the Client for the project. The ideal candidate will lead a creative team, for quality and design excellence, and work in close collaboration with the Project Director and other essential stakeholders & Client to deliver exceptional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design scope and manage scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Direct the integration of design packages and emphasize safety within design efforts.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout every project phase, from the initial concept to final execution.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including architectural sets and reports.
• Supervise architecture and design staff, offering strategic guidance on design initiative

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree In Architecture Engineering or similar related field
• Proven expertise in architectural design and project management.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Thorough knowledge of architectural typologies and design principles for public spaces.
• Strong proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary projects is highly preferred.
