Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
• 15+ years of architecture/design and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural typologies and design principles for public spaces.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Leadership and ability to work under pressure on large projects.

The Senior Design Manager at JASARA PMC will oversee and integrate the architectural design processes to ensure that different asset types are in with the innovative vision of the Client for the project. The ideal candidate will lead a creative team, for quality and design excellence, and work in close collaboration with the Project Director and other essential stakeholders & Client to deliver exceptional projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout every project phase, from the initial concept to final execution
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including architectural sets and reports
• Supervise architecture and design staff, offering strategic guidance on design initiative

• Bachelor's Degree In Architecture Engineering or similar related field
• Proven expertise in architectural design and project management
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience
• Thorough knowledge of architectural typologies and design principles for public spaces

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
