Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a Design Coordinator to lead design coordination across the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet project standards and align with client expectations.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, ability to collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal teams in a fast-paced PMC environment.

You will manage submissions, review drawings and maintain proper version control while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Professional membership or certification is preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in high-rise tower projects.
• KSA (Saudi Arabia) experience is mandatory.
• Experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage design submissions across all disciplines to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Review design drawings, specifications and reports, providing technical feedback.
• Facilitate communication between consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Monitor design progress, identify risks and support mitigation strategies to maintain timelines.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, international standards and project guidelines.
• Support value engineering initiatives and contribute to design optimization.
• Participate in design workshops, technical meetings and coordination sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and proper version control of deliverables.
