Job summary

HanmiGlobal MENA is seeking a Design Coordinator to oversee design deliverables across the project lifecycle. The role requires coordinating across disciplines, reviewing drawings and reports, and ensuring compliance with project standards in a fast-paced PMC environment.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or Architecture, 12–15 years in high-rise tower projects, KSA experience, and relevant professional membership. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Professional membership or certification preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience in high-rise tower projects.
• KSA experience mandatory.
• Experience in a PMC environment preferred.
• Strong design process understanding and construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage design submissions across all disciplines to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Review design drawings, specifications, and reports, providing technical feedback and ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Facilitate communication between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve design issues promptly
• Monitor design progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, international standards, and project-specific guidelines
• Support value engineering initiatives and contribute to design optimization efforts
• Participate in design workshops, technical meetings, and coordination sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper version control of design deliverables
