Job summary

Decima International is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead data center development projects across the Middle East and beyond. You will manage client relationships, coordinate design, engineering controls, and construction activities to deliver on time and within budget.

In this role you will mentor junior staff, develop project strategies, and pursue new business opportunities, including proposals and contract negotiations, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, structure engineering, architecture engineering, project management, or related technical fields.
• Master's in Construction Management is preferred.
• BSc Degree in Construction Engineering is preferred.
• Earned Value Management experience is a plus.
• Active PMI/CCMA/PMI certification involvement is beneficial.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• CCM certification is a plus.
• Strong background in data center development and construction.

Responsibilities

• Establish a strong client relationship and communicate with technical and management-level personnel.
• Manage assigned work from start to close out across all aspects of delivery.
• Prepare PowerPoint decks and present progress to management.
• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Prepare RFPs and support contractor selection and award.
• Work with contractors to establish CPM baseline schedules.
• Perform risk analyses and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain accurate minutes and actions.
• Review progress, pay applications, and invoices.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site surveys; liaise with designers, engineers, and construction managers.
• Support business development through strategy, positioning, proposals, and negotiations.
