Job summary

Decima International is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager (MEP/CSA) for an onsite hyperscale data center project in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee day-to-day construction delivery, coordinate across MEP, CSA, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and timely execution.

The role requires extensive CM experience on large-scale projects, strong leadership, and ability to manage interfaces, risks, and handover activities through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• 12–15 years in major construction or infrastructure projects.
• 12 years of construction management experience.
• 8 years on large-scale or mission-critical projects.
• Experience in hyperscale data centers, industrial, or complex MEP/CSA construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CSA works, and interfaces.
• Proven coordination of multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities across assigned MEP and CSA workstreams.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate site activities between contractors, consultants, utility providers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules, milestones, and look-ahead plans.
• Review contractor productivity, manpower, plant, equipment, and resource deployment.
• Identify construction risks, constraints, delays, and interface issues and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate MEP, CSA, civil, structural, architectural, and commissioning interfaces.
• Review construction methodology, sequencing, temporary works, and site logistics.
• Support constructability reviews and input into design coordination.
• Monitor contractor quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Lead meetings and progress reviews; manage QA/QC and HSE interfaces as required.
• Support testing, commissioning, energization, system turnover, and handover.
• Monitor punch lists, defects, and closeout activities.
