L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Director with about 35 years of construction and infrastructure experience, including data center projects. Qualifications

• Approximately 35 years of experience in construction and project management.
• Senior management or director-level experience leading large-scale complex construction projects.
• Significant data center construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP infrastructure, critical power systems, cooling systems and commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of large-scale data center construction projects.
• Oversee shell-and-core, architectural finishes, and associated infrastructure works; coordinate MEP systems and building services.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and change control; ensure adherence to contractual requirements and client standards.
• Coordinate design development, procurement, construction and commissioning; manage interfaces with consultants, vendors and client representatives.
• Drive quality, safety, and environmental compliance; implement testing, commissioning and handover strategies.
• Oversee testing, IST and performance validation; ensure timely handover documentation and operating manuals.

Formation

BE/BTech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management

Relevant project management certifications desirable
