EY is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager with strong AI and Generative AI expertise to design, develop, and implement AI architectures for diverse client use cases in Saudi Arabia. The role requires leading workstreams, managing teams, and delivering enterprise AI solutions with governance and reliability.

You will leverage large language models, RAG, and vector databases, while ensuring responsible AI, privacy, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically 6-12 years of relevant experience in AI, ML, data, analytics, software engineering, or technology consulting, with level dependent on depth and breadth of experience.
• Proven experience leading design, development, testing, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions addressing client business challenges.
• Own the development of AI architectures, technical designs, and deployment approaches.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify and shape AI use cases and opportunities.
• Develop and integrate AI applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic architectures.
• Configure, customize, and deploy pretrained AI models for content generation, summarization, retrieval, and conversational AI.
• Oversee proofs of concept, pilots, and production-ready AI solutions, including testing and QA.
