Job summary

TalentHunt is seeking a Cybersecurity Director to lead the organization’s cybersecurity function in Riyadh. You will develop strategies, policies, controls, and risk management frameworks to protect critical information assets, systems, networks, and digital services.

Responsibilities include setting the cybersecurity roadmap, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing vendor risk, and driving a strong security culture through awareness programs and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong experience in cybersecurity or information security with leadership.
• Experience across governance, risk management, compliance, and incident management.
• Knowledge of Saudi and international cybersecurity frameworks and controls.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC preferred.
• Proven experience leading programs and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Leadership, risk management, decision-making, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Establish, maintain, and oversee policies, standards, procedures, and controls across the organization.
• Lead cybersecurity risk management activities, including identification, assessment, treatment, and monitoring.
• Oversee protection of information systems, networks, applications, data, and technology assets.
• Lead incident response readiness and ongoing response, recovery, and post-incident improvement.
• Oversee vulnerability management, security assessments, penetration testing, and remediation programs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi and international cybersecurity regulations and controls.
• Oversee third-party risk assessments related to vendors and providers.
• Define cybersecurity KPIs and KRIs and report to senior management and committees.
• Develop and oversee cybersecurity awareness programs to strengthen culture.
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk Management, BCP, Internal Audit, and others.
• Build, lead, and develop the cybersecurity team and leadership capabilities.
