Job Description**Full Description of Position**· Build mutually beneficial, profitable, long-term relationships with the CA customers.· Achieve budget and maximize sales in line with the company’s sales objectives for designated Customers.· Analyses our customers and markets data, identifies opportunities which can be addressed by OUR COMPANY’S ANIMAL HEALTH solutions and anticipates factors that could impact strategies, plan and position in the marketplace.· Negotiates skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups and can win concessions without damaging relationships.· Coordinates the integration and exchange of information between OUR COMPANY’S ANIMAL HEALTH and CA accounts.· Understands sales performance metrics and resource utilization to maximize ROI for OUR COMPANY’S ANIMAL HEALTH.**Responsibilities:**· Responsible for the development and achievement of sales in the market.· Manage sales and services of our customers aiming to increase OUR COMPANY’S ANIMAL HEALTH wallet share by serving as the primary point of contact between the account and OUR COMPANY’S ANIMAL HEALTH.· Work with the customers to identify, anticipate needs, provide solutions, and co-create values.· Interact with local marketing and technical services to successfully implement programs and strategies with Key accounts.· Educates customers about OUR COMPANY’S ANIMAL HEALTH brands, identifies issues with accounts and works with appropriate personnel and external parties to effectively communicate and resolve matters.· Achieves or exceeds qualitative and quantitative objectives.· Monthly estimation and forecasting of products volumes for our customers.· Negotiate and secures mutually beneficial agreement that effectively link OUR COMPANY’S ANIMAL HEALTH resources to the long-term business needs of the customers.
