Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH seeks an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to lead the preparation and review of project cost estimates for infrastructure, water and asset-maintenance works in Saudi Arabia. You will develop unit rates, build-ups and budgets, and monitor variances, risks, and forecast changes with a focus on accuracy and control.

The role requires 12+ years in cost estimation or project controls, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Excel and estimating software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required with 12+ years in cost estimation or project controls.
• Experience in infrastructure, dam or asset-maintenance projects is essential.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for civil, mechanical, electrical and related works.
• Develop cost build-ups for labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors and indirect costs.
• Review quotations, tenders, variations, claims and change proposals.
• Monitor budgets, cash-flow, expenditure and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, Procurement and Project Controls.
• Attend meetings and site visits across Saudi Arabia.
