Job summary

Client of HireLebanese is seeking an experienced Cost Controller for a Saudi Arabia multi-unit F&B operation. You will lead cost control, analyze variances, manage stock, and drive profitability through rigorous cost management and policy development.

You will collaborate with Executive Chefs, Finance and Purchasing teams to prepare monthly cost reports, budgets, forecasts and profitability improvements. A strong background in ERP/POS systems and advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of F&B cost control experience.
• Experience with multi-branch restaurant groups or hotels.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel, analytical, reporting, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control functions across all restaurant branches.
• Monitor food beverage inventory and operational costs; analyze variances.
• Develop cost control policies and perform stock reconciliations and audits.
• Oversee purchasing activities, supplier pricing and procurement compliance.
• Manage recipe costing, portion control, menu engineering and item profitability.
• Track food cost percentages and financial KPIs; identify waste and stock losses.
