Job summary

KMAS-SA in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Cost Control Manager to oversee food and beverage costs across multiple branches and implement cost control policies. A 3–5 year background in cost control with supervisory experience is preferred, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

You will lead the cost control team, monitor inventory, review recipe costing, and present KPIs and recommendations to management. ERP and POS familiarity with strong Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of cost control experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and operational cost control.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze food and beverage costs across multiple branches.
• Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory, stock audits, cost variances, and waste.
• Review recipe costing and analyze menu item profitability.
• Prepare and present periodic cost reports, KPIs, and recommendations to management.
• Lead and supervise the cost control team and implement profitability improvement plans.
