Egisgroup is seeking a Senior Cost Control engineer for a major project in Riyadh to oversee cost control activities, budgeting, and financial performance. The role focuses on cost management, design review, and budget control for large infrastructure projects.

The candidate will lead cost control teams, perform cost analyses, forecast costs, and ensure alignment with project budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 10–15 years of cost engineering and reporting experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in cost management principles, PMO practices, and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets aligned with goals.
• Conduct cost analyses and provide regular cost performance reports.
• Maintain CBS and manage CBS changes with version control.
• Support risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Create financial models to forecast costs and cash flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budgets are met.
• Implement cost control systems to track expenses and variances.
• Provide expert cost advice to project managers and leadership.
• Stay current with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide budget and cost performance evaluation and business planning support.
