Job summary

The Contracts Administrator in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, will develop, negotiate and manage commercial agreements to mitigate risk and support project delivery in line with company objectives. • +5 years working experience in related field.
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Economics, Business, Engineering, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Industry sector experience: Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Gases.
• Competent knowledge of contract law and commercial/contract management.
• Analytical skills for performance measures and cost savings.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong organizing and coordinating skills.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market vendors and suppliers.
• Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office.

• Develop, negotiate, and manage all commercial agreements/contracts.
• Provide ongoing commercial/contract support and ensure compliance.
• Support the pre/post contracts awards process.
• Competent understanding of contracts and administration thereof.
• Ensure staffing requirements meet project needs.
• Oversee and approve commercial agreements with third parties.
• Adhere to Lines and Limits of Authority.
• Analyze and report on variations to cost and schedule.
• Suggest improvements to procedures and controls.
• Maintain contract logs and reporting protocols.
• Support claim and change management process.
