Job summary

The ideal candidate will have deep construction contract knowledge, play a pivotal role in amendments and dispute resolution, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets. Arabic and English fluency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in contracts management within the construction industry.
• Thorough understanding of contract law and construction agreements.
• Professional certifications in contract management (CCM or CPCM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of all contractual matters related to assigned projects, from drafting to final execution.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and monitor contract performance.
• Lead discussions and negotiations with clients and subcontractors regarding contract amendments and variances.

• Prepare and provide regular progress reports on contractual matters and claims management.
