Job summary

Penspen Ltd in Khafji, Saudi Arabia is looking for a Senior Contracts Engineer to manage engineering and construction contracts for major oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms and leading claims management and contract administration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience (or a Diploma with 14 years) and deep knowledge of contracting types, strategies and risk actions; ARAMCO project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Administration / Business or Equivalent closely related field with twelve (12) years of experience in project contract administration, procurement, vendor communication and contract writing skills.
• At least ten (10) years in contract relevant activities for major oil and gas/ petrochemical projects.
• Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Contract Management with fourteen (14) years of experience in project management activities, project contract administration, procurement, communication and contract writing skills including at least ten (10) years in related contract activities for major oil and gas/ petrochemical projects.
• Candidates should have excellent knowledge of various contracting types, strategies, claims, causes and preventive actions.
• Previous experience in ARAMCO project is an added advantage.
