Job summary

CreditNinja - KMD Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join its Legal Affairs team in Riyadh. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, while providing legal and commercial risk guidance to business stakeholders.

You will mentor junior specialists, maintain templates, and coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to support high-value agreements and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required.
• 4–7 years of experience in contract or commercial law.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience advising on contractual risks and providing legal guidance to business units.
• Experience in E-commerce/Technology/Retail sectors preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Identify and advise on legal and commercial risks within contracts.
• Provide legal advice to business units on contractual matters.
• Support complex and high-value contract negotiations.
• Maintain contract records, approvals, renewals, and key contractual terms.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel when required.
• Support dispute resolution related to contractual matters.
• Mentor junior Legal Specialists and contribute to improving contract processes.
