Job summary

Ananinja in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join its Legal Affairs team. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts while advising on legal and commercial risks to business stakeholders.

Requirements include a Law degree (LLB) and 4–7 years in contract or commercial law, with strong drafting and negotiation skills. E-commerce/tech/retail experience is preferred, and exposure to multi-entity environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• 4–7 years of experience in contract/commercial law or in-house practice.
• Strong hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience providing legal advice and assessing contractual risks.
• Experience in the E-commerce, Technology, or Retail sectors is preferred.
• Experience in a holding company or multi-entity environment is a plus.
• Legal practice license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Identify and advise on legal and commercial risks within contracts.
• Provide legal advice to business units on contractual matters.
• Support complex and high-value contract negotiations.
• Maintain contract records, approvals, renewals, and key contractual terms.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel when required.
• Support dispute resolution related to contractual matters.
• Mentor junior Legal Specialists and contribute to improving contract processes.
