Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join its Legal Affairs team in Riyadh. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, while providing legal and business risk guidance to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold an LLB with 4–7 years of contract-law experience and a proven ability to advise across business units. The role expects strong negotiation and communication skills and may require coordination with external counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• 4-7 years of experience in contract law, commercial law, or in-house legal practice
• Strong hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience providing legal advice and assessing contractual risks
• Experience in the E-commerce, Technology, or Retail sectors is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a holding company or multi-entity environment is a plus
• Legal practice license is preferred

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
• Identify and advise on legal and commercial risks within contracts
• Provide legal advice to business units on contractual matters
• Support complex and high-value contract negotiations
• Maintain contract records, approvals, renewals, and key contractual terms
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel when required
• Support dispute resolution related to contractual matters
• Mentor junior Legal Specialists and contribute to improving contract processes
