Job summary

ICİçtaş Construction is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee contract administration for road and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on ensuring contractual compliance, managing risks, and coordinating with project teams to meet timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in contract management on large-scale infrastructure, with at least 5 years as a Contract Manager. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 20+ years of contract management experience in large-scale infrastructure.
• Minimum 5+ years as Contract Manager on complex projects.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual relationship with the Employer and address concerns.
• Develop and manage road/bridges contracts ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers on contract guidance.
• Negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers to mitigate risks.
• Monitor performance and address non-compliance to protect timelines.
• Document all contract activities with transparency.
• Conduct regular contract reviews and implement best practices.
• Resolve disputes and claims to maintain stakeholder relationships.
